Review on 🖨️ Removable Carborundum Platform Printers - 220x220x250mm by Brett Morrison

I built this where most of it could be packed together, not so disassembled, had to do all sorts of precise assembly and purchase a 0.01 nozzle to heater plate gap measuring tool that was not shipped with the printer to measure the gap to the specified distances. I then used the digital BUBBLE LEVEL to bring the X and Y values to 0.0 x 0.0 so the PLATE was perfectly flat. Then adjusted the heat for the nozzle and platen for the ABS filament where the part wouldn't print or stuck to the platen, contacted 24/7 support for help where I was told to upgrade the firmware and software UPDATE the screens. The firmware that I can check has been updated to version 1.2.1 but the screen software now shows a BLANK screen and you have no ICONS to navigate with PLUS the printer goes to the CENTER and stays there and does nothing while the platen and the nozzle are at TEMPERATURE, let it run for 10 minutes before stopping, and then feel the COOL DOWN function. I am hoping someone will call me on the number in my email I sent to 23/7 AFTERSALES@voxelabs3dp.com to support the sites. Otherwise this item will be returned as a DEFECTIVE item via Kohls after a few days. No support contacted yet, one email slipped into the festival where I don't think anyone is responsible enough to check emails. The email said they could or could send a replacement but that was the only contact I had from this prospect. Maybe they will build and test a replacement to make sure it's correct before sending it out so I can put the broken one in that box for a return?
