Not quite sure. I have ordered 2 pairs of these lamps so far. One of them fell out over the winter and after speaking to Revain customer service I was confident that we could conclude that I could get a new replacement but nothing happened. I see Taunton has a direct customer service number which I will try. I buy a lot of things from Revain. I think I can get real help with such a simple problem. I understand that there are alternatives to Revain around the world. Maybe it's time to check them out.
