At first this helmet contained a transparent shield and a dark shield. This costs $50. It weighs 3 pounds 12.5 ounces. Not easy and not difficult. My head measures exactly 23 1/2 inches at its widest point (just above the eyebrows). The fit is very good, a little more than tight, but it's new. The cheek pads are too thick and put too much pressure on my face, but that may change after wearing. There is no way to adjust this or access the foam in the fabric. But it's not uncomfortable. I'm sure it will loosen up a bit over time. It is ventilated at the top of the interior and keeps your head cool. The crossbar has a ventilation opening that can be closed with a sliding flap on the front. At speed you can turn your head and the wind does not stick to the helmet strongly. Also, the visor doesn't catch the wind unless the helmet is tilted a little. Overall it's very good and I would buy it again.
