Don't go bigger if you want them to be comfortable for swimming.
Based on previous reviews, I guessed. I'm usually tall (size 10) but just in case I took the xL size. It's too big in the front and as soon as it gets wet they fall off. If you like baggy choose one size up, but if you like tight for swimming, order your size up.
