I am a 190 lb woman but I have small wrists the watch is very cute. The tape stood up normally, there were additional holes. The face is about the size of an American nickel and is not easy to see with your eyes if you have this problem. Bandwidth is thin. It's very cute, and yes, you can change the battery if needed. It arrived with a piece of plastic attached to the handle that you remove to activate the watch. I like them but they are more suitable for a 10 year old (yes they are children's watches), still very cute and I will use them because they are petite, small and chunky. The dial does not glow in the dark, the watch is quartz, very quiet.
