I like the fact that Encore is a company that is willing to train and develop their employees. I feel like they are always looking to improve. I dislike that the company is not always willing to work with the clients. I feel like sometimes they don't like to work with the clients because they feel like they are the ones who are providing the service. I would recommend Encore because they are willing to work with their employees and with the clients. I feel like it is a great company that is willing to work with both the clients and the employees.
