There were no scotch pens on the box, I didnโt understand how I dragged it)))) And I brought it to the apartment) I didnโt leave it at the front door) Very polite. Thank you! Why a bad rating - here is not even because of the nuances of the chair. And more because of the delivery. 3 days were carried with transfers without notifications and warnings, and support did not say what was happening. Support is a different story. God forbid they answer once an hour. And then I had to wait for half a day. As a result, they did not say why the deadlines were violated. All plans and mood are ruined. However, I bought the chair as a gift for a loved one. And the new user really liked the gift, despite the nuances.
- I have two of these chairs. Black and yellow and bought a new black with blue accents Design - tower. The colors are very pleasant. "Black armchair with blue accents" more closely matches the description "black in the center, light black on the sides with blue accents." My body loves the ergonomics. I was in various showrooms, sat in expensive cougars, etc. I came to this village by chance. I was surprised at the price-quality-comfort ratio. And I did not think long about buying. A chair, a table, like headphones - you have to choose with your body, IMHO) I work remotely. I sit for a very long time. In this chair, I do not feel tired, even if at the computer for 20 hours. The armrests are clearly adjusted to the table - the hands do not get tired, do not become numb, and anything else. It's not hot in the chair. Very simple assembly. Everything you need is included. The instructions are crooked for my taste. But it's easy to figure it out. Very comfortable center cushion.
- The top cushion is not felt. In the first chair there is an elasticated pillow with a clasp, which made it difficult to customize for yourself. I prefer not to use it more often. In the second chair, the upper cushion is elasticated without fasteners. Seemed much easier to set up. However, no matter how you tune it, you still donโt feel it when compared with other manufacturers. Perhaps this is critical for some. I took the first chair from our company from the manufacturer - everything is clear, no complaints. In all respects, except for the pillow, - a solid five. But with the second there are nuances. Ordered here. The lever for adjusting the backrest must be "caught", it is not always amenable to change the position. With the lever height, everything is fine. When assembling, I found that all the side holes were covered with fabric. Those. material covers part of the hole with itself. And the left armrest goes "tight". The right one is ok. My first chair didn't have this problem.
