First of all it actually sounds pretty good. However, signal reception is terrible. You definitely need to connect the cable to receive almost no channels. Then, if possible, you usually have to move the speaker to finally find a place free of static electricity. Ultimately, the weakest point has to be the cable. I use it at work and it's connected to my computer. The wire in the cord slowly began to break. It got to where I would have to play with the cable to get it to where it charges. This was necessary as the battery almost never held a good charge. As a result, the wire finally broke through over its entire length. Now it's become useless as it picks up almost nothing when using a regular Micro USB cable. The company contacted me and offered a replacement. Will be updated after use. (Update): After getting the new speaker, it works great. The speaker itself was fine, the only weak point was the cable. Overall I am happy with the customer service and the new speaker. I only wish they made the best cable.
