Pros: I noticed a difference almost immediately. While wearing it had a slimming effect and when taken off, there is a definite change in the appearance (shrinkage) in the mid section. The more I wear it, the more of an affect it has. I’m impressed with how quick it works.Cons: there is a piece in the back that makes it a little uncomfortable after wearing all day. And, because there has been some shrinkage in my waste, it seems to fit slightly too big and it’s not adjustable to make it a little tighter because it zips. There is also a limit to how tight it can be pulled with the wraps in the front.
