I bought this unit to use as a coffee table in a finished basement and it's perfect for what I need. After assembling it, I knew it would work great as a TV stand too. The box had a small hole in it when it was shipped to me, but because everything was packaged so well, none of the components were damaged - which was great! The total time from unpacking to full assembly was less than 20 minutes. I had a few tools ready to go but didn't need them - the kit included a rubber-handled screwdriver that was easy to use, and everything needed to assemble the table (no pesky hex keys!) was so easy that all the instructions were included on one were sheet metal. The table also has adjustable leveling feet which will come in handy if it is ever placed on a hard floor. The table is big enough for what we need, yet compact enough to fit our space perfectly.
