I like that it is easy for me to use, you can also add multiple people at once so its great if there are more than one person working in an office or with different roles. It sometimes takes some time before the response gets sent out but after that everything works fine! Sometimes your replies get lost when sending them through aidah, which makes it hard to keep track of things. Maybe make sure to check all boxes as well as writing down what they say so you don't have any issues later on. The best thing about this service is how much faster it saves us time by being able to respond to our clients quickly without having to wait days for their responses.
