Great shoe for walking or running short distances with low impact
I usually get a 7.5 or 8 in NB. I ordered 8 in these and could have gone with 7.5. The box is good for a slightly wider foot. They are incredibly light. There is minimal arch support. The colors are very neutral and would look great at the gym or with jeans. They're great for running all day, but I wouldn't run long distances in them. There's not a ton of padding to cushion impact.
