looks great, easy to install, love the pop up spray. It's good. The downside is significant: the pen has a *very* narrow range between hot and cold, so I spend way too much time checking for that tiny spot of Goldilocks while washing dishes - hot enough to wash dishes but not scald. I'm serious about scalding. It's just too narrow a range between hot and cold. Another problem is that he wants to drip. What I eventually found out is that if you turn the water off when the handle is on the hot side of center, it usually drips. If you close it on the cold side, it usually doesn't drip. Sounds crazy, I know, but that's how it is. After living with it for a year and changing it, struggling with drips and worrying about burns, I will be looking for a replacement. And I'm a curmudgeon, so that's saying something.
