. and shoulders in the morning and although it's great in theory

I bought it for morning neck and shoulder pain and although it's great in theory the roll keeps falling off . I had to hold onto the top as I rolled onto my neck. I tried under my eyes for puffiness and the top fell off there too. It wasn't expensive but don't expect the product to work well.
