Review on 🧵 SINGER 07175 Sewing and Detail Scissors Set with Ergonomic Comfort Grip by Divina Alejandro

I bought this set mainly for small parts shears. I was using children's school scissors to cut pom pom yarn and wanted something edgier. It turned out that during cutting they were not sharper and bent (returned, not permanent). I didn't put a lot of pressure on them so I was very unhappy that they weren't very strong. If they were sharper, that little push would be unnecessary. Then I went to a large pair of scissors to cut the yarn into the best skein. They are not sharp at all and have gnawed through the yarn. I ended up using my regular utility scissors for this job. If the cheap scissors you've been using for years to cut paper, open packages, etc. are sharper than new scissors, that's a problem.
