I saw a fashion photographer with a 7ft silver reflective umbrella and noticed her standing in front of it. I tried it, it works, the body didn't cast a shadow due to the super size. If you need a large light source, this will help. Two points: This is not a 7ft umbrella when open, it is a 6ft umbrella. Think about what the wind outside can do to a studio umbrella.
