I love that it is easy to use, saves time in my job as well! It has been great for our organization due to its simplicity of operation which makes my life easier when running reports or pulling data from multiple different sources at once while maintaining confidentiality regarding specific information provided by individual clients.
There are some features we would like added: 1) ability to link accounts between several departments within an office;2) more user friendly interface (ease-of-use). We have used this product for years throughout all facets of various projects such as accounting/financial reporting, database management systems, etc., across many industries including healthcare, insurance & financial services. Our group manages client databases allowing us access into their records without revealing confidential details.
