11 year old boy, in my opinion
It is definitely not adult size! I'm ordering a small for my 11 year old son for superhero day at school, he only wears it once because it's so short. The quality is ok, this shirt is thin for the price. I will say it looks like the picture. For reference, a man's son usually wears a little dress.
