Supplied with swollen capacitor

The product had a swollen capacitor on the active part of the antenna. I connected everything correctly, but there was no signal at all - I removed the cover from the active antenna, and one of the capacitors was brown, cracked in half, and obviously non-functional. Came back fighting with myself not to be replaced by another just in case the next one was ok. I will try another provider.
