Despite the missing Allen key (left from another project) the first chair went smoothly. The instructions are pretty clear, the chair is nice, pretty sturdy and comfortable. But when I got to the second chair, the backrest doesn't easily fit the 2 holes (still shaking, giggling, pulling, pushing the seat as it slowly enters); can't add nuts until that happens. The biggest problem, however, is a broken piece on one of the legs, preventing me from screwing in the "G" - the stool leg! If it breaks along the way, I could just tape it together and move on, but it's not in the box at all, suggesting it was packaged broken. Communication with the seller to determine the solution. I love "chair"! So I give one good chair a 5 and another a 1; hence the 2 stars. Will adjust the rating if the solution is quick and efficient.
