Review on Anker Powerline II Lightning Cable (10ft), MFi Certified Charger for iPhone X/8/7/6/5s, iPad 8 - Durable & White by Glenn Rodgers

After two years of continuous daily use (much longer than any other cable I've had), this cable started to snap and come loose at the end of the "bend". When deciding what to buy as a replacement, I realized that this one comes with a lifetime warranty. To be honest, I really don't expect a charging cable to last two years - let alone a lifetime! I went online after hours to file a warranty claim. The process is very simple: attach a picture showing the problem, provide a brief explanation and proof of purchase with item number and date or Revain order number. After sending it, I was informed that the complaint was being examined. When I got up the next morning I received a friendly email thanking me for providing all the information needed to process the complaint, an apology for the lack and an explanation that I would have a solution within a week . I immediately received another notification that my application was approved. They had a COVID-19 shipping delay disclaimer which said they expected to receive it within 7-10 days. I was delighted to receive it just 3 days after I submitted my original after-hours application. I spoke to Anker CSR "Mona" who clearly understands the value of great customer service. I wish ALL companies to value their customers and return to the old standard of genuine customer service. In fact, she wrote useful and pleasant notes - only the disclaimer was standardized. I will continue to buy and recommend Anker products as Mona provides excellent service on behalf of Anker. I've carried this extra long cord around the house, it's been on quite a few trips, and while I haven't visibly abused it in any way, it's a long cord that had to be packaged into a more compact size for travel. I am really impressed!
