Well I bought this in March and absolutely loved it because my wife has rheumatoid arthritis and on tough days you sometimes have to stop and take breaks so it was perfect to take it easy leave wrinkles is ideal i thought. So the first time we got it great my wife used it at a state fair and people asked for it and we recommended it to them (sorry now). Used the second time it started freezing when I tried to roll it up. My wife had a bad weekend last weekend and was in pain so she was constantly stopping and taking breaks. So I took out the stool when she was about to sit down, luckily I pushed it and it collapsed on its own. If I hadn't checked, my wife would have been seriously injured. Then she sits down and when we start again I try to roll her up and she gets stuck. I'm trying to fix it neatly and to no avail. I twist and twist and then the spring inside me clicked and so did the lid. Now it doesn't work and is useless. 3 times I used it so disappointed it was perfect for my sick wife.
