I'm 1.70m tall and wear pants in size S, 4 or 27. I ordered a large dress but I think XL would do fit me better. I'm 32 DD and I don't wear strapless bras. But I liked that print and wanted a dress. I did the following: 1. Removed all the thin elastic from the sleeves, leaving only the elastic on the seams. They covered the straps of the bra. 4. I removed the jumpsuit (it's VERY short and sheer) and attached the bottom of a white t-shirt instead. and all sewn by hand, it took a couple of hours.
