Review on 🔪 Optimizing SHAN ZU Whetstone: Sharpening and Flattening by Brian Malith

My father works as a cook in the house. He loves to cook and we love the dishes he has prepared. The whetstone he has used over the years eventually wears out to the point where its use becomes unsafe. I saw this sharpening set, it has 4 different grits and other accessories, I bought it immediately. I was going to give it to him for Christmas but worried that he would keep using the old stone I gave him a set. He was so excited to get it and find different whetstones and accessories to help him sharpen to perfection that he is really happy to get the set. And we continue to enjoy the dishes he has prepared for us.
