It's not a bad product, but I expect more.
Used once a month and a half. After 4 years, the battery is completely dead and cannot work longer than 5-10 seconds, no matter how much you charge it. Today I barely cut my hair, for 2 hours I cut my hair a little bit, I waited for the battery to charge. Plus, the nozzle pulls hair.
