Like many others, I got contact dermatitis from the original strap that came with my Fitbit Inspire 2. I saw this strap while researching alternatives and decided to give it a try. . I bought a large black color. The strap is very well made and looks good. It's hard to tell from the original strap unless you look closely (this strap is textured as it's a woven material). It also comes with a pack of extra pens, an instruction card with pictures, and an installation tool. hard (it's a canvas) but not scratchy. More like the feel of a new pair of jeans. It should soften with use. Overall, I am very satisfied with this purchase and would buy from this manufacturer again at any time.
