The service was very helpful when I needed to call them with issues with our network system. They would come out and replace/test items to see that they are working properly before replacing the item. There weren't many positive things about this project aside from the fact that it gave me some peace of mind knowing my phone line or email is secure at work. When we originally started doing this project our goal was a better system so employees could use their phones more efficiently while also making sure emails were protected as well. I like that they are always willing to help with any questions or concerns you have about their products! They also provide outstanding customer service - so if there is something wrong in your account (or elsewhere), it will be fixed quickly by someone from VCI staff who cares!! Nothing really bad at this point- just minor things such as having multiple ways available when logging into an agent's page could make life easier sometimes but not much else other than what has been mentioned above already...
