I am left handed but have gotten used to a right handed mouse over the years. Then I got carpal tunnel and just a bit of computer time became too painful, so I switched my right mouse to my left and got used to using it that way. Then my left arm started to hurt. My son introduced me to the vertical mouse as he has the same problem and uses it a lot at work. I am very satisfied with this left mouse from Perixx. My hand is small, but it's still comfortable to use. The buttons are easy for me to press and easy to scroll. This mouse stays in one place better and doesn't "wander" like a normal mouse. At least for me. I'm used to using the right mouse with opposite fingers so it will take some getting used to, especially since my laptop still has a right mouse. I plan to buy another Perixx left-handed laptop mouse as soon as possible. The only downside is that it is more comfortable to use a wrist pad with this mouse. Due to back problems I need to use the mouse as close to my body as possible and the edge of the table rests a lot more on my wrist with a vertical mouse.
