I really like this bow tie. The only negative I can say is that all of those neck adjustments were confusing. I couldn't understand how it works. I emailed the seller and he was quick to respond with the information I needed which is that there are little slots where the numbers are so take a t clip you have to go through the other clamp first and then it hook into one of the slots corresponding to the size of your neck. Anyway I really like the tie around my neck, after watching a few YouTube videos I was able to tie it. Great quality, looks great, great price and customer service was good. Overall a good deal. I would recommend the seller to post the customization information either with the butterfly or at least on her page.
