Great System For Lead Management And Tracking

The ease with which you can add new agents to existing campaigns is really helpful! If there are any issues we have identified them quickly so that they do not get too far down the road before being addressed. We use it for our call center to be able to track all leads through their journey through our sales reps and into closed deals. This has helped us identify gaps in lead management as well as how many calls each agent gets per day/week. It also keeps all of this data available at my fingertips! There's nothing I would dislike about using this system if used correctly. However, sometimes when updating campaign information, things may go missing or take longer than expected to update. Also, sometimes some fields will not populate completely (i.e. phone number). Make sure you're familiar with the functions and capabilities of ETS prior to implementation. Benefits include tracking individual success stories; easily identifying trends within specific groups of people; creating custom reports;.
