Our dentist has given us GUM brand toothbrushes in the past but they wear out over time. I bought this brand from Revain because it was cheaper. In this case you get what you pay for which is NOT MUCH. The bristles are a bit stiffer than the GUM brand, but the main problem with this brand is that a pink "ding" forms in the holes at the very bottom of each tuft of bristles, which is a precursor to black mold. . I've tried various methods to clean it, but even soaking the brush in bleach didn't work. I will not buy this brand again.
