I like how simple it is to use, you can also create your own templates for different types of reports that are needed within an organization or business environment. The software has been very helpful in my work as well with providing me all kinds of information about our clients' accounts/transactions we have performed over time. You cannot go wrong if using this program! It's easy enough anyone could learn quickly but powerful at the same time. If there were any downsides they would be minor glitches here and there which do not affect overall performance much. We've used Equest since its inception back when it was called Quest Software Solutions (QSS). QSS first started out small then grew into what it currently looks like today - one of the largest providers of accounting solutions worldwide.
