The ability to access our data from anywhere, anytime is amazing! We have been able use it at home with no problems as well during travel time when we are out of office hours or even while in meetings (we can still check email!). I like how simple it is to use, you can also create your own templates for different types of reports that are needed within an organization or business environment. The software has been very helpful in my work as well with providing me all kinds of information about our clients' accounts/transactions we have performed over time. I can't say enough good things about this software. The customer service is outstanding, the ease of use is unmatched and the customer service is always available and willing to help. The only thing I can think of that I wish was better is the user interface. It is not easy to navigate and the search feature does not always work as well as I'd like.
