The thermal thing only sealed part of the package, leaving gaps unsealed. And the heat sealer kept leaving a melted hole wherever you started sealing. You have to stand there and hold the heating clip for 3-5 seconds for the heating thing to even heat up to the right temperature. Trust me, in less than 3-5 seconds I was already able to install the chip clip and be on my way. Our family will return this item and will happily continue using the chip clip.
