Helped improve the performance of my Excursion 5.4 low power petrol SUV

Can't tell how much this alone helped as I also converted Ford's factory 90 degree Y pipe to a true open Y pipe and removed the resonator. Installed a 3" rear pipe muffler and a ProFlow muffler. Single exhaust. But now it's a more productive truck. And on the highway it gets 1-2 mpg more. Now it sounds like a truck too, but not too loud.
