I think it's more of a glass renovator. If the glass needs more than one Windex cleaning, enter this material. It can remove the accumulated film while ordinary window cleaner cannot deal with the film. I've tried it on my plastic glasses that have become cloudy over the years either from dish soap or age. Anyway, they were a bit cloudy now. This means that several glasses are clear at the same time, others are significantly cleaner, and I hope that they will become clearer if they are cleaned again. In any case, I think it's a more aggressive but non-abrasive glass cleaner, suitable for specific applications where regular Windex type cleaners don't work and you don't want to scratch the surface with, say, a Comet type cleaner.
