I'm taking off a star because it doesn't remove all stains. If it's hamburger fat, even with immediate treatment, you're out of luck. I will refrain from further judgments while waiting to wash my clothes again to see if that helps. Other stains like chocolate, which I only noticed when washing, didn't come out. I haven't tried it with blood, but it goes well with red berry juice, ketchup, chocolate, and pasta sauce. For best results, dampen the area before spraying and scrubbing the stain. DON'T FORGET TO TAKE THE BOTTLE! Is it important.
