They work just like the more expensive ones!
They actually cut paper. I bought these for the courses I take at college as they fit in a small tote bag. They work really well and the price is right for someone on a budget. As there are no standard rounded edges I would say they should only be used by children under adult supervision but if you don't have a child get them yourself. I did!
