This product worked for me. I am 3 weeks away from getting my true permanent cap but my temporary cap is gone. My dentist is still on sick leave for 3 weeks and I needed a place until my dentist came back. I found many of them to be the right size and used what another reviewer suggested to hold Poligrip in place. I could have used a stronger adhesive but I was afraid it would interfere with my dentist's job of preparing the cap. The caps need trimming and I find nail clippers to be the best tool due to their rounded edge. I then used a sandpaper/nail file to trim off any rough parts. It was pretty easy and with so many additional equal sizes, it took a lot of practice to get the pattern right. After all, you want a natural bite. You don't have to be a jeweler to do this work.
