These shelves were just what we needed to tidy up our tiny vanity/sink! I didn't use drywall anchors, but at least one screw for each shelf is in a stud and we don't put super heavy stuff on them, so I'm not too worried. Yes the paint job isn't very good but for that price I'll take the paint and touch it up myself! I would consider it more of a primer so you can even paint them the color of your room! The only downside I would say is that the supplied instructions seem a bit misleading regarding the screws. That showed the smaller ones were for the wall and the larger ones for the towel rail, but common sense and intuition told me to swap them out and I'm almost 100% sure it was the right move. Plus they are exactly what we needed and the price was right! And yes, I know there are 4 different tubes of toothpaste in there; We tried new varieties.
