Salt Security helped protect one application and API service

The most important thing I like about this product is that it has saved my organization from several attacks which were carried out through our APIs by other companies or third parties who had access to them for development purposes. It's been useful in protecting us as well as all of our customers' applications against such threats.

There isn't much i dislike about salt security apart from its price tag but considering that they have an annual subscription plan then there shouldn't be any issues with their pricing policies either. We've used salt-api extensively since last few years where we offer many different web services via api using various languages (python/ruby).

Pros

Easy installation
Very easy configuration process due low number requirements.
Excellent UI alongwith very good docs including stepwise videos describing how setup works exactly what should you do, when etc.
Comes up quick enough during execution tests making integration testing easier too without affecting your current systems being tested at same time!You don´t need special skills / knowledge just installing everything required plus some additional configurations once ready will run smoothly

Cons
