Although formulated for humans, we have found T/SAL to be extremely helpful in treating canine seborrhea. 3% Salicylic Acid is the ingredient that helps us. We don't use it exclusively, but alternate it with two other seborrhea shampoos for dogs. We have to bathe our cocker spaniel twice a week with seborrhea. We just switch three shampoos and it works like magic when none of them fit. For us this is a very beneficial treatment for our dogs and a significant cost saving for us. I hope this information is helpful, thanks for reading.
