Arrived damaged, 5 boxes unusable and shampoo slime flooded everything else. Although I had high hopes that this shampoo would relieve my head and forehead from occasional itchiness (e.g. very dry skin), it worked! However, if you have washed your hair with this product and your hair is curly, do not expect to go anywhere. It flattened some of my hair and the rest all over. I couldn't control it. I've been using this shampoo regularly for a number of years - it's nice and gentle on my sensitive scalp. However, I have noticed that the bottles in this shipment appear a bit underfilled compared to the bottles I recently purchased from CVS. So I used one of the bottles to fill the other 5 and found that out of the six bottles, more than half of one bottle was missing!
