Seals well. I buy chicken, beef and a hamburger, cut the meat and seal it. It's done at the same time, and Weston handles it with no problem. Tolerates moisture well and does not overheat. American Test Kitchen ranked it number one, and I can see why. That's a beast. Prior to this purchase I bought the best FoodSaver in the range (FM5000 series) and it was awful. It struggled to seal anything that had even the slightest bit of moisture, overheated, and required long waits between seals. To seal the food, you had to hold the items up while trying to press the seal button. Very uncomfortable. Only a few things are sealed at a time and it takes up to 5 minutes to restart. FoodSaver's money back guarantee lasts almost 2 months and you pay for restocking and return shipping. FoodSaver did not publish my review on their website. No wonder their products get 5 stars. Don't post anything negative.
