I love that it can be used for both business or personal items. It is easy to use and helps me stay organized. The app doesn't let you search all item categories at once! So if you need to find something quickly you have to go through each category individually. Also, they don't seem to update the app very often which I wish was more frequent. We started using this when our store had too many items to keep track of in paper form. Now we are able to keep everything in one place and easily accessable from any device.
