I needed a prismacolors and derwent inktense pencil case so I bought two of these organizers. The first one I got had a large dent in the front cover and hot glue was sticking out. The other case had a slight crease on the front, but that wasn't a problem for me. I think it's the way they tape the boxes together because it looks like someone has their hand on the lid. Considering the price and its origin, I don't expect a perfect product. I have found that the case still gets dirty from the way I use pens and pencils. The Sakura gel pens do not fit comfortably in these cases, I placed them right side up and upside down and with gaps between the bundles to allow them to fit. whenever I need to open or close a case.
