Update** After using this bag for 3 weeks the plastic casing on the bottom edge of my laptop chipped and broke. I'm not at all rough with it and I don't come close to overflowing so this is a real surprise and disappointment. It's still roomy and has a nice fabric, but it didn't protect my laptop and that was her #1 job. This is a pretty good bag, better than I expected. It has many spacious compartments. This is good quality fabric. The grip pads and shoulder straps are nice and thick. The cup holder on the side is really small and doesn't fit anything, that's my only gripe. I have a 17 inch laptop and it barely fits in! But it fits, that's all!
