I expected more creativity. Ms. Moyes gives me instructions on many basic bag styles, but I was hoping for something exotic, haute couture. She provides instructions on how to make the intricate, curved welt bag I've seen couturiers wear and the sculpted overlays that cover the bag. If you're looking for a gallery full of nice ideas, you won't find them in this book. Otherwise he gives direct tips for simple bags.
