Bought these for my 9 year old. In less than 2 weeks of regular use, an electronically trained child broke an ear. I messaged the seller when the plastic started looking tight and got no response, it's been 5 days. After about an hour it shut down completely. They are cute and my kid loves the light up ears but she is very upset that her headphones are broken. Very disappointing. I received a reply message on 5/9/20 and sent the requested photos, so I hope the company appreciates their product. The message said they have a 6 month warranty so hopefully. I will update accordingly. - Last update - I received a refund. I would have preferred they just sent me a new set as my daughter wanted them (the glowing ears won her heart before they broke) but the seller said it would take too long to get a replacement to send, and advised to buy again. The price has gone up since I bought them so I'll probably wait and hopefully find a better set.
