The bag itself is beautiful, perfect size, just what I was looking for. However, to use it with suspension files, it comes with two metal rods that "hook in" at the top. Basically there are cutouts in the leather and small screws that go into each end of the bars (one screw was missing from my order, probably because there was a hole in the bag that had it). Then align the notched bars and insert screws. None of this is explained in any way because no one has thought of it. However. Hanging file folders will not fit in a bag with rods installed because the cutouts are too close together! I have to make new cuts to make it work if at all possible. I am so disappointed.
